I'm living in South Korea and I can tell you this girl is not South Korean for sure. First of all, dressing up like North Korean army is strictly forbidden in South Korea, except for making movies. If someone do that in public places, he or she will be arrested right away. And also present day Korean girls don't really make up like that. It's too old-fashioned style in South Korea. The girl in the picture certainly beautiful, however, you should know that North Korean government 'display' their finest for tourists. Actually most of North Korean women don't look that healthy due to nutrition problems.
